The daily workshop management challenge
Oficina Lucas needed to manage daily workshop planning with several connected decisions: which jobs were ready, which vehicle should handle each route, which team was available, which clients needed confirmation, which hours stayed pending, and which document should go to the team. When this information lives in conversations, spreadsheets, and separate tools, workshop management becomes slower and it is harder to understand the real state of the day.
